Meet Customer Success

This year we built out an experienced and professional Customer Success Team who are responsible for onboarding clients to reOS and ensuring that they are extremely happy with the reOS experience.  The CS team schedules client migration and onboarding, provides system training and ensures that clients are off to the best possible start. Once the customers is happily migrated onto reOS the team take care of all of service, data and support needs.

The team consists of David Haigh (Customer success Director), Janine Cooper (Customer success Lead), Anri Van Zyl (Customer Success Specialist) and Roger O’Brien (Customer Support Lead). 

Moving over to a new property management system can be daunting but  our customer success team makes the transition buttery smooth!

David Haigh (Customer Success Director)

What is your customer success philosophy? 

I strive to live by the customer success first principle set by Derek Sivers and his company CD Baby - “Q: What does a successful business need? A: Happy customers!”'

What gives you energy outside of work?

“Walking. Anywhere outside with a natural setting. It's an opportunity to step out from the noise and deconstruct my thoughts.”

What is the most useful product or service you've bought for under R1000?

“An audiobook account subscription.”

Anri Van Zyl (Customer Success Specialist)

What is your customer success philosophy?

I feel that just meeting expectations is no longer enough. I would like to build an experience that a customer does not want to walk away from.

What gives you energy outside of work?

I'm a big foodie! I love trying new restaurants, different cuisines and also enjoy cooking & baking myself.

What is the most useful product or service you've bought for under R1000?

I purchased my Apple Watch for only R999.00 and it's been motivating me to get active and earn the rest of the value of the watch by completing workouts and step goals! Awesome initiative to get fit and healthy.

Janine Cooper (Customer Success Lead)

What is your customer success philosophy?

I look to Richard Branson for my customer success philosophy. 2 of my favorite quotes are. 

- Scr*w the competition - Focus on good customer service. 

- Success comes from listening to your customers. 

What gives you energy outside of work?

- I love a good book. Reading improves imagination and is great stress relief.

- Spending lots of time with my 2 kids and husband. 

What do you believe that other people think is insane?

- My food must never touch each other on a plate. 😆

Roger O’Brien (Head of Support)

What is your customer success philosophy?

There is always a solution no matter what. Over the years I have had many experiences putting out fires and while sometimes they can feel insurmountable at the end of the day they always get resolved. You've just got to keep on keeping on and really enjoy the wins.

What gives you energy outside of work?

My passion project is brewing beer and also tinkering with electronics. That's what I love doing outside of work. And finding ways to combine these two hobbies to improve the final product is very rewarding. As well as being able to share the end result with friends and family, and sometimes colleagues is a great joy!

What is the most useful product or service you've bought for under R1000?

My AeroPress was definitely super useful, it really helps to be able to make a quick great tasting strong coffee pretty much anywhere. It also makes for a great start to my day, even on Mondays.
